Our Spokane Valley branch services Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cheney, Liberty Lake, Post Falls, and nearby surrounding areas. We will keep you close to the area that you want to work in + offer paid Home Care Aide training!

Family Resource Home Care is proud to offer competitive pay to our caregivers based on their experience and licensure.

Pay range $22-$23.50 hr for caregivers holding active Washington state Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Care Aide licenses.

$20/hr for caregivers holding pending licenses or completing our in house training program.

Current needs for our Spokane office:

Licensed CNA/HCA Required for this position
Weekday shifts (examples, not limited to): 8a-12p, 9a-2p, 8a-4p, 10a-3p, 2-6p
Weekend shifts (examples, not limited to): 10a-12p, 10a-3p, 9a-12p, 1p-3p
No NOC shift currently available
Caregivers willing and able to transport clients in their own vehicle (taking them to appointments or shopping + and we reimburse mileage!
Caregivers with heavy care experience preferred- such as personal care (showering and bathing), heavy lifting, and cognitive disorders

What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
Cooking and/or serving meals
Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
Monitoring and reporting on their condition
